 Before your appointment, hydrate with plenty of water (60-100oz) to reduce sensitivity. Remember not to eat for 2 hours prior. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Additionally, it's advised not to brush your teeth before the appointment. Instead, please floss and use mouthwash. Consider bringing headphones or a book to relax during your visit. We also provide music and headphones and a relaxing environment! 

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds. Sunburned or overly sensitized skin cannot be treated.
• Discontinue Retinols, Retin-A, exfoliants, alpha/beta hydroxy acids, and any harsh skincare products.
• Refrain from waxing, electrolysis, or laser treatments on the treatment area.
• If you’re using Accutane, you must be off it for at least 6 months prior to microneedling.

 2-3 Days Before:

• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications or supplements (e.g., ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) unless prescribed by your physician.
• Stay well hydrated – your skin responds better when hydrated.
• Pause any intense workouts, saunas, or anything that causes heavy sweating 24 hours before treatment.

Day of Your Appointment:

• Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, moisturizer, and sunscreen.
• Do not apply any skincare products unless otherwise directed.

 You Should Not Receive These Treatments If:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have active acne, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, or open wounds in the treatment area.
• You’ve had facial injectables (Botox, fillers) within the last 2 weeks.
• You have a history of keloid scarring or poor wound healing.

1 Week Before Your Appointment:
